I've been involved in the ecommerce industry for the last 4 years. In this time, I have had the pleasure of working with top UK retail brands in delivering top notch websites using my current employer’s ecommerce platform, covering all key aspects to make the online channel successful within multichannel businesses.

I posses an extensive level of knowledge of client side scripting, and solid understanding of cross-browser issues and W3C standards.

Senior Web Developer/ Team Leader - BTFresca

2008.Aug– to date

Involved in recruitment processes to bring in talented and innovative individuals to the business.Responsible in leading a team of developers in delivering a number of key successful projects for the company.

Responsible for entire web development process, from pre-launch testing, follow-up support/maintenance and content modification.

Hand-coded web pages using XHTML and CSS in standards based web design. Developed solid understanding of the W3C guidelines, web usability/accessibility issues and the technical aspects of making content useable for desktop.

Helped develop the department’s coding standards based on best practices for JavaScript CSS,HTML and JSTL.
